Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and returned in suitable condition.
Refunds do not include postage costs either way unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If your mug arrives damaged, please email us with photographs showing the issue. Once the damage has been confirmed, we will arrange a replacement.
